Transfer your payment using our Automated Voice Response System

Please contact the IT department between 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday to set up a password/PIN to gain access to the Voice Response System.  You can access the automated voice response system by dialing:

Pay online

Request online banking access
We would be happy to assist you in accessing your Credit Union accounts through our online banking program. Please contact our IT department between 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday to gain access. If you are having trouble logging in please call during business hours and ask for the IT department.

Automatic Payments

Direct Deposit

Send all or part of your payroll check to your Capital City Press Federal accounts. You will need to know Capital City Press Federal Credit Union's ABA Number (265473414) and your credit union account number. Allocating your direct deposit to savings, checking or to automatically pay on your loan account is fast, safe and easy. For more information.

Automatic Transfer

We can automatically transfer your payment from a Credit Union account automatically. Simply complete the Automatic Transfer Request form and fax to 225-761-5112. A member of our staff will contact you to review and confirm your request. Contact a member of our Financial Services team today.

Make alternate payment arrangements

If you are having trouble making your regular monthly payments contact a member of our Financial Service team. You may qualify for an extension or Loan workout. You may also complete a Loan Modification Request and fax the request to 225-761-5112.

90 Day Extension

If you are dealing with a recent job loss due to company layoff's or reduction in household income you may qualify for a 90 day extension. Interest will continue to accrue on the loan during the extended period. This deferment will allow you time to receive unemployment benefits, 401K distributions, or become re-employed. If you are interested in a 90 day extension, please contact a member of our Financial Services Team.

Loan Workout

Sometimes it is very difficult to get caught up after you have missed several payments. It is extremely important that you act in a proactive manner to bring your accounts current. Depending on your particular situation we may be able to make changes to make your note more affordable.

Holiday Skip-a-payment

We offer a Holiday skip-a-payment program that allows you to skip either November, December or January's monthly payment. Contact a member of our Financial Services Team to see if your loan qualifies for this program.

Making your VISA Credit Card payment

VISA payments are deposited into your VISA Pay Account S30. During nightly processing your payment will be applied to your card balance. Payment can take up to 48 hours to post.
