Avoiding Overdraft Fees
To avoid overdraft fees, keep accurate records of your account activity so that you don't accidently spend more than the balance in your checking account. Don't forget debit card authorizations are approved based on your available balance less any authorizations or deposit holds. You can manage your account at no cost. Just use the convenience of online banking or our voice response system to move money from your savings to checking before an overdraft occurs. We pay overdrafts at our discretion, which means we do not guarantee that we will always authorize and pay any type of transaction. There is a $25.00 charge for non-sufficient funds whether it is paid or returned.

Overdraft Transfer PlanWe can link your checking account to your savings account so in the event that you overdraw your money will automatically be transferred to cover the overdraft. There is a nominal overdraft transfer fee for each transfer. You must complete an overdraft transfer request to take advantage of this service. Overdraft Protection Loan
|You may also apply for an overdraft protection loan that will automatically transfer money to your checking account to cover an overdraft.|
|Currently we charge $10.00 for each transfer.
